The votes are in for 23 town centre outlets. From coffee shops to jewellers and craft shops to fashion stores. The community of Rugby rallied together to celebrate the excellent customer service, great product and service range and attractive premises inside and out of these town centre outlets.

CeX – Clock Towers - CeX was founded in London in 1992. They buy, sell and exchange a range of technology and entertainment products.

Costa Coffee – High Street - Founded in London in 1971, one of the largest and fastest growing coffee shop chains in the UK.

J Parriss Jewellers – Regent Street - Established over 150 years ago in the heart of Rugby, offering a traditional service with trusted and knowledgeable staff.

Joto – Lawrence Sherriff Street - A family owned business, Joto Hobbies, has been serving the people of Rugby for 30 years with a wide range of hobby and craft products.

New Look – Clock Towers - The New Look story began in 1969 as a single fashion store in the UK. They have grown to become a leading fast-fashion brand, with 569 stores in the UK.
These outlets will now be mystery shopped over the next two weeks to help decide on the winning outlet, which will be revealed at the Rugby Business Excellence Awards 2015 presentation evening on Friday July 17 at the Benn Hall, Rugby.
